NOXAE offers a broad range of related service contracts. These service agreements are customizable to serve clients’ needs and include the necessary SPARE PARTS package. Our qualified and experienced engineers will visit the clients site and conduct the service during a pre specified time period. To deliver an optimal result, we recommend selecting a period where production levels are low and so potential down times will only have a minor effect on production output.

NOXAE offers detailed SPARE PARTS-lists including a classification of the SPARE PARTS linked to their Level of importance in the process.
Selected SPARE PARTS are essential to the continuation of the production process. Those SPARE PARTS, usually the most sensitive ones, should be stocked immediately after purchase of the PROCESS SYSTEM and should be kept up to date during the lifetime. Noxae is prepared to procure and deliver those SPARE PARTS in time.
Noxae recommends broadening the stocking of SPARE PARTS – a recommendation for a “comfort” package is provided to the client as well.
